- This summer package is 3 months of training, beginning May 31, 2016 – August 31, 2016.
- Regular price for Nutrition & 3 months of training would be $656. That’s a savings of $257!
- Choose between either location, Foothills or Downtown. Get directions here.
- Each location has plenty of classes available (view our class schedule in the menu). Group training 3-5 times per week, customized to YOUR level – anyone can do it, even if you have past injuries or other limitations, our expert Instructors will modify movements, and guide you the entire time.
- Our nutrition class portion of this package includes your spouse/significant other at no extra charge! That includes a monthly body composition analysis, to measure and track your progress. DNA strongly believes in families learning to be healthy together!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are your classes?
We will hold Nutrition Class on Saturday June 4 at our Downtown location, at 9:30 am, to teach you the basics and perform your initial assessment. To view our group class schedule, use our main menu. M-F, and on Saturday mornings. Sunday is a rest day, or a hike / bike / swim / play day! Class times are subject to change.
I’m going on vacation for a couple weeks this summer. Is that a problem?
We realize that many people do not spend the entire summer in Tucson. We have travel workouts on this site. If you will be gone for a week or two, you can still make plenty of progress (assuming you make an effort to stick to the nutrition plan while away).
I have never worked out, and / or I have a LOT of weight to lose. Can I do this program?
YES!! We will teach you everything you need to know. Many of our clients come to us tired, overweight, out of shape, and sometimes injured; we LOVE helping people fix their health!! If you’re already a fit rockstar, we can take you to the next level, too!
How long are your classes?
Classes last an hour or less, which includes warmup and cool down. We don’t believe in wasting a lot of time in the gym, though we find that a lot of people like to stay and hang out on the patio with friends after class!
My husband / wife / mom / partner / 16-year-old wants to join me. Can they sign up too?
They are welcome to join us at our regular rates with a 10% same-household discount.
My husband / wife / partner is already a DNA client. Do I get another discount?
Contact us – if you plan to bring more family members, we can compare the Family Training option with Summer School. Summer School is an unbeatable deal if just two of you train at DNA, especially since we encourage spouse participation in the nutrition program. I played football / baseball / rugby in college, is this program for me?
We have amazing training for you. The same basic formula works for men and women (with some differences in the advanced nutrition plans), and we scale the training to meet your needs and goals.
We have male clients who started with 28% body fat and are down to 15% or lower, and some who started near 20% who are down to around 10%. Even our strongest guys (and girls) keep getting stronger and accomplishing new feats, and we often help athletes break through plateaus. You won’t be disappointed!

I hate dieting and I don’t want to starve. Are you going to tell me to count calories?
No. As counter intuitive as it sounds, you might actually eat more than you ever have! You should never go hungry, in fact that is one key component to the success of our nutrition plan!
Our nutrition program begins with four simple rules, we don’t tell you WHAT to eat, we teach you HOW to eat, without a food scale. Starvation just makes your body hang onto fat, so we encourage people to eat, and food is fabulous. You just have to eat the right things.
